If you are booking on behalf of another person (e.g. a child or dependent), you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Eyespot Optometrist provides professional optometry services including comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens fittings, spectacle prescriptions and other eye care services as offered from time to time at our branches.

Our website provides general information about our practice and services, and an online system for booking appointments. The website does not constitute the provision of medical advice. Any clinical advice or diagnosis is only provided in person by our registered practitioners.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Our online booking system allows you to request an appointment at any of our branches. Please note the following:

• Requests, not confirmations — an online booking submission is a request. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation communication from us (email or phone).
• Accuracy of information — you are responsible for providing accurate personal details. Incorrect information may result in your appointment being delayed or cancelled.
• Booking reference — keep your booking reference number safe. You will need it to enquire about, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• Minimum notice — bookings must be made a minimum number of hours in advance as configured in our system at the time of booking.
• Availability — submitting a booking request does not guarantee that the requested time slot is available. We will contact you if the slot is unavailable to arrange an alternative.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible so that we can offer the slot to another patient.
• Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, quoting your booking reference number.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect our ability to accept future online bookings from you.

You agree not to use our website or booking system to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Make bookings you do not intend to attend
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the website without our permission
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to block access to our website and services for users who violate these terms.
